In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
Go to your email inbox and open the email sent from our store.
Copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the Account Login screen, and then enter the six-digit verification code in the text box.
Customers may return new, unworn, and un-laundered items withinﾠ30 days of the delivery dateﾠfor a refundﾠor exchange. Items must be in NEW condition, and free from pet hair, dander, makeup, stains, smells, or anything else that prevents the item from being in NEW, resellable condition. If our team determines the item is not resellable, you will be notified by email and an e-gift card will be issued instead of a refund.
'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund. If a 'Final Sale' item is returned, it will not be processed for refund or store credit.ﾠ
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund in approximately 5-7 days.
Unless you areﾠexchanging, $8ﾠwill be deducted from your refund for return shipping.ﾠHowever, you are welcome to provide your own return shipping and receive a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide free exchanges or prepaid return shipping for International orders.
Your return must be received within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund toﾠyour original payment method. If it's received after, a store credit may be issued by means of aﾠNayked Apparelﾠe-gift card. If you originally paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly.

Holiday Extension:ﾠItems bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on theﾠ1st ofﾠDecember and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund* if received by January 15th.
* Refund total will not include any original outbound shipping costs. If you use our provided return shipping label,ﾠ$8ﾠwill be deducted from your refund total.

Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

In our exchange process, we create a new order with the items you would like to exchange, while also issuing a free prepaid return shipping label to send your return back to us.

Incorrect Address If the address you provided to us was incorrect and the order was returned to us for that reason, we will reach out when we receive the order back to us and offer to ship the order back out to you at no extra charge. If we do not hear back from you within 2 business days, we will refund the order, less a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping costs paid.
Orders that are returned to us with reasons such as 'Refused', 'Return to Sender', 'Undeliverable', etc, or for any other reason as indicated by UPS or USPS are subject to a 20% restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt, less a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping costs paid.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. For this reason, cancellation requests and/or edits to the order cannot always be honored, but we will do our best. This includes orders marked as “Unfulfilled”.
We have noticed that shipping carriers may mark a package as ‘delivered’; however, it may not actually be delivered until 2 - 3 business days later. If you do not receive your package within 3 business days of the package being marked as ‘delivered’, please reach back out and let us know so we may investigate further.
Yes! International shipping times can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on your location and customs.
We ship through USPS most often, and occasionally UPS. You may track your package using the number you were provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. **
Please allow 6-8 days for tracking to update.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping service level can not be changed.
