Returns & Exchanges Policies & Procedures

Hello Nayked Apparel People! Like other businesses, we are facing staffing and inventory shortages. You may experience a short delay of when your order ships or a short delay in receiving a refund. We are so incredibly sorry for any inconvenience. Our awesome staff is working overtime to do our best as we work through these challenging issues. As always, thank you for your continued loyalty to our brand!

What is your return policy?

Customers may return new, unworn, and un-laundered items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Undergarments are non-returnable. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 15th.

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund (less any original shipping costs) in approximately 5-7 days.

Your return must be shipped within 5 days of approval or your return credit will NOT be granted.

How do I return an item?
  • Please fill out our RETURN form (below) to receive a follow up email with your Return Authorization and Instructions. Please include ALL items on this form on your order that you are returning.
  • Your return must be shipped within 5 days of approval or your return credit will NOT be granted.
  • The item must not be worn, other than trying it on, and not washed. Undergarments are not returnable.
  • Include your RA # inside the package, or on the shipping label.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
  • If your return is due to our error, damage, defects, or is materially different, please let us know.
  • Please note...
    - If we have not received your return, and you do not have a tracking number to provide to us to locate your package, we will be unable to authorize a refund.
    - If your return is shipped after the 'Return on or before' date listed at the top of this authorization, we will not issue a refund and the return will be shipped back to you.
Do you accept exchange requests?

If you are interested in a size or style exchange, please fill out the EXCHANGE form.

In our exchange process, we create a new order with the items you would like to exchange, while also issuing a prepaid label for you to send your return back to us. A refund will be issued for the returned items within 5 - 7 business days of receipt, less original shipping charges.

You will receive an invoice that requests your payment. Upon payment, you will receive your new Order Confirmation details.

Please note, the new items will not ship until the invoice is paid. Upon payment, you will receive your new Order Confirmation details.

  • PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL FEE:
    - If you choose to use our provided return shipping label, $10 will be deducted from your refund total, unless you are doing an exchange.
    - There is no fee for fulfillment errors or damaged items.
    - There is no fee for exchanges.
  • You may ship through the carrier of your choice. If you purchase your own shipping, make note of the tracking number.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours of purchase. For this reason, cancellation requests and/or edits to the order cannot always be honored. This includes orders marked as “Unfulfilled”.

Shipping and delivery estimates are reflected below. We do not promise or guarantee delivery of an order at any point before the last day of that delivery estimate.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping service level can not be changed.

Please be sure to double-check the shipping address before completing an order. Please contact us right away if you notice any errors.

Tracking numbers are provided in your shipping confirmation email as well as in your order details. Tracking information may not reflect updates for up to 48 hours after an order has shipped.
